Construction of the wooden roof of the Vela y Mar buildings, Palamós

At Pallars fustes we have created a wooden deck in order to take advantage of the old beams of an attic. For this project we have carried out a construction of the wooden roof of the Vela y Mar buildings, located in the middle of the old town of Palamós. In this case, it had been modified to the maximum construction and buildable regulations, to be able to use the top floor of the building, with a new wooden roof. The wooden structures have been calculated, designed and assembled based on the parameters that we have established at Pallars Fustes.

Our Technical Team has looked for the best solutions for all incidents of structure and design.

For this we built a wooden deck with white pickling and a covering panel with 8 cm insulation and a ventilated chamber.

This way we managed to transform it into the perfect cozy and functional space in which to live. A perfect way to recover a previously non-existent space and bring it to life.
