It all starts in an attic in Sant Antoni de Calonge on the seafront, unused and forgotten for years, only visited to check the building’s water tanks.

The attic goes from being forgotten to becoming a multipurpose space with a dining room and an outdoor terrace to enjoy the sun and sea views throughout the year. The interior walls are made of high-quality cross-laminated wood with a thickness of 10cm, covered with 12cm-thick panels and an exterior gazebo that joins the roof with the structure of the house. This peculiar shape gives the warmth of a chill-out by the sea. The roof has been finished with a red tile panel. The whole set was built in a record time of three days.
