From Pallars Fustes we have created a structure of curved laminated wood beams of fourteen meters of light, between GI24h laminated belts girders every twenty meters, in the industrial park can Lluis de Brunyola, to build a multipurpose municipal building. It has been designed so that the curve of the laminated beams goes from column to column in a spherical shape and at the top the slopes as indicated by the project. The tips of the laminated girders are cut with the relevant inclinations to obtain the supports and the external flights.

The entire wooden structure has been calculated, designed and assembled according to current Pallars Fustes regulations.

The manufacture of all the elements in the workshop allows us to achieve millimeter perfections and complete assembly in minimal time.

The cover is made with a prefabricated Sandwich panel composed of: wooden tongue and groove visible face, 8cm thermal insulation and a 19mm waterproof board, hard layer. Working with these models of curved structures allows us to give great beauty to the project, since the combination of curved lines, straight lines and wood finishes, make the coverage a great special attraction.

With an approximate area of 600m2, s has been assembled from Pallars Fustass in only 4 working days.
